Dr. Emmanuel Nii Armah Tackie

Dr. Emmanuel Nii Armah Tackie is a distinguished Investment Banker with an  illustrious career spanning over 24 years in the financial services industry. His expertise encompasses Fund Management, Investments, and Project Financing, making him a trusted leader in the field.

Throughout his career, he has held key leadership positions, including serving as the 2nd Vice President for Groupe Ideal, a prominent financial institution. Currently, he serves as the Lead Consultant at D2E Consulting firm, where he provides invaluable financial and investment advisory services to clients in Accra and beyond.

Prior to his role at Groupe Ideal, Emmanuel distinguished himself as the Head of Investment at NDK Financial Services Ltd, a leading finance company in Ghana. His ascent within the organization, from Accounts officer to Head of Accounts and Investment Department, underscores his dedication, competence, and strategic vision.

He holds a Doctorate degree in Business Administration from the prestigious Swiss Business School, a testament to his commitment to academic excellence. Additionally, he possesses a Double Masters Degree, with one in Finance from the esteemed University of Ghana, and the other in Applied Research Methods from the Swiss Business School. His educational background is further complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Cape Coast, showcasing a solid foundation in business studies.

As a Chartered Global Investment Analyst and an ACCA finalist, he demonstrates a profound understanding of global investment principles and financial management practices.

LINUS KUMI

Linus boasts over 18 years of Corporate Banking experience, offering a profound understanding of Ghana’s banking terrain, particularly in institutional banking and government-related sectors.

In April 2021, Linus assumed the helm of GCB Bank’s corporate banking division, overseeing a loan portfolio exceeding GHS 3 billion and liability operations totaling GHS 4.2 billion. His strategic goal is to position GCB Bank as the foremost corporate banking entity in Ghana.

During his tenure at Fidelity Bank since August 2017, Linus specialized in expanding the Multinational Corporates segment, spearheading pivotal projects like the ESLA Bond and government funding initiatives, totaling GHS 2.1 billion. Under his leadership, the Multinational business
burgeoned to contribute over 67% of corporate revenues. Linus also orchestrated the transformation of the Commercial and SME Division, elevating its revenue share from 3% to 20% of PBT by 2020.

Linus’s proven track record underscores his unwavering commitment to fostering growth and achieving excellence in Corporate Banking within the Ghanaian landscape.

Educationally, Linus holds a Certificate in Project Appraisal and Risk Management from Duke University (June 2012), an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Stirling, Scotland (September 2004), and a
Bachelor of Science in Administration with a Banking and Finance Option from the University of Ghana, Legon (May 2001). He has also contributed to publications on empirical analysis of exchange rate exposure and firm
value in the UK (2004) and conducted a study on bank failures in Ghana (2001). Additionally, Linus has been involved in projects such as business valuation for fishing companies in Perth, Scotland, sponsored by the Scottish Enterprise Foundation, and a business plan and market
analysis for an online psychiatric company.

CYRILLIC EDEM AKONDOR

Cyrille boasts over 12 years of professional experience in Ghana’s financial services sector, specializing in diverse investment services such as wealth management, fund management, retirement planning, and fixed income trades. Additionally, he excels in business development and client management services. His expertise extends to real estate and property investment, reflecting his passion in this field.

Currently operating as a freelance consultant, Cyrille has provided exemplary professional and management services to various indigenous Ghanaian companies. Notably, he has collaborated with OctaneDC, Provivo Pharmaceuticals Ltd, and Gfx Brokerage Ltd, offering expertise in fund management, business development, management, and trade coverage within Ghana’s fixed income markets. He adeptly facilitates trading between market participants, showcasing his comprehensive understanding of the financial landscape. 

Cyrille’s career journey commenced in 2008 as an account officer at Ndk Financial Services Ltd. Through dedication and proficiency, he ascended to head the investment department at the Tema Branch, overseeing all investment portfolios, transactions, and client relations.

In 2014, Cyrille transitioned to Ideal Capital Partners Ltd (a member of Groupe Ideal) as Head of Business Development. Within two years, his exceptional performance led to a promotion, placing him in charge of leading the Asset Management Department until 2019.

Cyrille’s professional qualifications include certification by the Ghana Securities Industry/Ghana Stock Exchange. He holds an Executive MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School, Legon, and a B.Sc. in Accounting from Central University.

KYEAME GHANSAH

Kyeame Ghansah brings a wealth of experience, from consulting roles at Affinity Savings and Loans and VAM Company Ltd to volunteer work with the Uaddara HIV Club, showcasing his commitment to social causes.

He is a Chartered Insurer who has also contributed to various domains through publications on topics like transformational leadership, Innovtion, Insurance and SME financing.

Pursuing his Ph.D. in Management and Commerce, and an MSc in Development Finance, and numerous certifications, including a Certificate in Global Social Enterprise, he aims to drive positive change in society through research, administration, finance, and economic development.

With his extensive academic background, professional accomplishments, and dedication to community service, he is an invaluable asset to any organization or initiativeversity (2007).
